The Labor Law in Spain is the branch of Spanish Law that regulates the relations between the employer and the workers as well as the activity of the unions and the State's action especially in the matter of Social Security in Spain.

The sources of Spanish Labor Law are the Constitution, international treaties, Community Law, Laws and regulations, and collective Agreements, the Labour costume as well as other supplementary sources.
