Criminal Law

In Spain Criminal Law is basically covered by The Criminal Procedure Act (LECrim) which constitutes a set of legal norms that regulates legal processes related to any criminal proceeding and by The Criminal Code (CP) which is the set of punitive legal norms of the State. This code includes the penalties applicable to every person who commits a crime, also defining the acts and behaviours that are classified as crimes (of all kinds such as homicides, abuses, robberies, slander, etc.).
